The song is sung by Thom Yorke (Radiohead). The driver in the car is apparently Thom Yorke, but I think it looks (and sounds) like Ewan McGregor. But I suppose I could be wrong. It might be Thom...

I think the video is absolutley beautiful and extremley meaningful. It was directed by Jonathan Glazer.
