The Bride (Uma Thurman) wakes up, after a long coma and starts out her quest for revenge against the people who killed everyone at her wedding, and tried to kill her.
I loved this one. It was very Japanese anime-like. There were a couple of things that didn't make sense, but they were barely noticeable and the rest of the movie made up for them. Also there was some subtle humour in it, which I really liked. The action was fantastic, the dialogue was pretty good and I liked that it was mostly women kicking ass. This was a great movie. Plus Daryl Hannah is in it, who I love ever seen seeing Blade Runner, in which she is Pris.
Perhaps I'll do Blade Runner next.
